just read this article from chiaYi's blog... rather meaningful... its like when u first arrived there... u can't wait to leave the place but when the time's coming up and when ur job is about to be done, u will realise that the place is not so bad after all... spending 1 years 10 months with people who will be with you for the longest time in u NS life is not that bad after all....

i won't be suprised that some will even feel reluctant to leave the place... this feeling will be felt as the days go by and the ONE date draws nearer... the ONE date which every Singaporean male will look foward to once they set foot upon the SAF beach resort of P.Tekong....

the momment of truth when their PINK identity card containing their "cute" Pri. 6 photo is exchanged for a card which u can rarely see a smile on the photo (although i have seen people smiling in that photo...) what is taken away from them is not only the Pink card with that cute face on it... together with the pink card is the young kid within... now u have set foot onto the SAF resort by the sea and serve the country for the next 2 yrs... together with it... u can get n number of years where you will be recalled every year or so to finish the unfinished business.. ( where n = figures ranging from 5 to 15 or more and u are not downgraded)

the sea side resort by the beach is not a place for kids and even if u still behave like one, the "well-trained" staff of the island will make sure u dun be one... where else in singapore can u hear hokkien terms sending regards to ur parents every day ? where can u get paid to stay by in the rooms with sea view and having meals and accomodation free-of-charge? where can u play with rifles everyday without the fear of having being charge for illegal possession of arms ? where can u wear the same set of clothes for a week and no one will give u that weird look? where can u slim down drastically without even having the need of popping a Slim10, extrim, or Xando pill ???

As my time draws near.... memories will surface definitely... my last words for those that just set foot on the beautiful island or left with a year or so to go... Time Goes By So Fast That You Wouldn't Even Notice...u can dun believe me... but in fact the time goes so fast that i can still remember wat happened during my first day on that seaside resort.... you might not realise it.. but soon the card of truth shall be handed to u... just like it will be handed to me...

Damn shag siah... yesterday watch football until 2am then sleep... then have to wake up at 5.30am... now eyes barely open...
Fire drill in camp today... assigned to be an observer at Lvl4.. but managed to have to changed to Lvl 3~!~! hahaha... Lvl 3 can see Z & Friends evacuating of out the level~ w00t~~ once drill over tot can go home already... but s-h-i-t.... have to go tentage report... Pl2 guys setup the tentage in the morning so it was natural for them to dismantle it as well.... but who knows... tio arrowed to bring down the tentage... finish all shit work b4 allowing to go home... luckily Law cannot make it for the session tonite... so can go home nua... if not sure late wan lor....

Went for the Aussie Education Fair at Suntec today... suprised to see that must write book in form to register before entry... somemore got ah neh jaga the walk-thru metal detector... reminds me of my daily job man.. haha... every visitor compulsory to walk thru the detector lor... saw a few courses that seems kinda interesting... Should local Uni reject my application that's it man... Hello Aussieland!! Most likely going UQ or QUT cos the courses seems more interesting... Ba. in Multimedia Design and Ba. in Creative Idustries.. the 2nd one name alone already so special lor.. haha... So if i really go Aussieland, that's goodbye to all of u!!! See u again in a year or 2's time...

After the fair was band meeting at Geist's place... cool place man~! Saw Tetsu using a Fender Jaguar Bass in a VCD... so now not sure if I getting the Aerodyne or get a Jag...

today wake up still a bit shag... maybe becos yesterday too tired liaoz... went to Law's place today to discuss abt band stuff... had a rather good session there then evening went to Jurong East for jamming session... first time jam the solo part of Storm again and again and again... until now my mind still got the rythm playing by itself inside... saw some very powerful giao tor player.... one of them even looked like Yngwie Malmsteen lor... (malmsteen is a sibei power guitar player... go check him out with google) and using a similar guitar~!~!
saw this incident at the studio... can be joke of the day...
got this group of malays seeing another group of malays jamming... then one of the malays watching said this to his friends.... "eh Bang(brudder in malay)... they playing Mat Rock leh"

today did many things siaz.... firstly went guitar shops with wJ... from peninsula plaza walk walk see see liao... move on to Bras Basah see see try try... then after dat went to China Square flea market see see try try again.... in the end decided to go back Bras Basah buy the $330 Boss DD-20....
after dat we went for dinner opp. bugis Juncion....eat the fried wan ton mee..... not bad lehz~ then inside bugis on the way to go home saw Zeke... luckily he told me they all going Chinablack lor... if n0 i think shp be long asleep by now....

today rush home from camp just to go IT Show... quite squeezy... but i can confirm + chop dat on saturday and sunday... it will be even worse lor... go there might as well go little india squeeze with banglah... brought my digicam to the show... took some pictures... saw a girl from MINDEF there as well... so i hide one corner "snipe" her.... picture not so clear... but maybe can sell her picture to OC~!~! hahahaha.... saw a super cute model for canon oso... she's soooooooooooooooooooo cute lor..... took a picture of her as well~~ =p if my gers can say she cute... dat means she really cute loh~ but cute so wat wor ? wat can i do ??? NOTHING!!! I can do nothing... wait...
